Postage times may vary, but we aim to get any items packed and posted within a few days of receiving an order, please contact us if you require something by a certain date and we will do our very best to achieve this.
Postage and packaging charges are shown in the shopping basket at the checkout process.
We use Royal Mail and select courier firms.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please do email us regarding any problems, returns or exchanges.
Returned goods, unless damaged/faulty should be returned in the same packaging and condition as when received (so fit for re-sale) for a refund to be applied.
A refund will only be given once the item is received back.
Return postage is at your cost, please make sure it covers the full costs and insurance in case a claim needs to be made.
Refunds exclude postage and packaging costs.
Photographic evidence will be asked for via email before an exchange or refund will be discussed on faulty or broken items. This will help us to understand the cause of damage or help us to make a claim through the post office/delivery company.
Once we have received the photographic evidence and agreed to refund, we will then advise you what to do with the faulty/broken item to receive a refund.
