Sarah Taylor Studio – A teapot means so much more than a mere vessel for brewing and pouring tea. It is a symbol of care & comfort, of friendship, of storytelling and confiding secrets. Taking inspiration from my garden, trips to Cornwall and my local zoological park, the Bird & Hydrangea pattern was originally drawn and painted using ink and acrylic before being made into lithographs. The design is then applied to the fine bone china 6-cup Teapot and kiln fired in my studio.
